Patient was taken to vth and anesthetized with iso via facemask. VD and Right Lateral images of patient were obtained. Images showed some static swelling at the right carpus, and some seperation between the coracoid and the humeral crest. Radigraphs were not defenitive for a specific pathology.
We measured the separation between dorsal coracoid and humeral crest: Left 12-13 mm & Right 15 - 16 mm

Body wrapped removed. Significant ROM reduction noted on extension of the wing. Performed 3 minutes of PROM and was able to return wing to normal ROM. No instability or crepitance noted at the carpus. Minimal soft tissue swelling. Due to significant ROM reduction after brief confinement, did not replace wrap. Plan to re-examine wing on Tuesday, monitor wing carriage in mean time. Re-radiograph Thursday or friday.

Comments
1. soft tissue swelling at R carpus
2. cannot definitiviely rule in/out a fracture or luxation due to age (poor mineralization of bone, presence of physes) and superimposed soft tissue swelling
3. resident recommended repeating rads in 1-2 weeks as a lesion may become more evident if clinically indicated
